Patient & Visitor Rules
Kindly read these guidelines before visiting the clinic. These help us keep everyone safe and comfortable.
Follow these rules to ensure smooth care and minimum waiting time.
1. Appointments & Walk-ins
We recommend booking appointments to reduce waiting time.
- Appointments are available by phone and online. Please arrive 10 minutes early for registration.
- Walk-ins are accepted subject to doctor availability; wait times may be longer.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may reschedule to the next available slot.
2. Visiting Hours & Attendants
- Mon–Sat: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sun: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Emergency services 24/7)
For inpatient wards (if any), please follow ward-specific visiting rules displayed at the nurse station.
3. Cancellation & No-show Policy
- Please notify us at least 4 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.
4. Hygiene, Safety & Infection Control
- Use the sanitizer provided at the entrance and wear a mask if you have cough/fever or respiratory symptoms.
- Inform reception if you have travelled recently or had exposure to infectious illnesses.
5. Patient Conduct & Privacy
- Respect staff, doctors, and other patients. Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Photography or video recording inside the clinic is not allowed without prior permission.
- Your medical information is confidential and handled according to our privacy policy.
6. Billing & Insurance
- Payments are accepted by cash, card, and UPI at the billing counter.
- If you have insurance, please bring the relevant documents; pre-authorization may be required for some procedures.
7. Prescriptions & Medication
- Take medications only as prescribed. If you have allergies, inform your doctor before treatment.
- Do not share prescribed medicines with others.
8. Emergency Care
- In case of an emergency, contact the clinic immediately. Emergency services are available 24/7.
9. Teleconsultation
- Teleconsultations are available for follow-ups and non-emergency advice. Identification and valid contact details are required.
- Prescriptions issued via teleconsult may be subject to local regulations and will be shared electronically.
